Nightingale Mukasa is the founder and CEO of Mukasa Venture Partners LLC ~ a multi-disciplinary sovereign enterprise ecosystem operating at the intersection of digital media, SaaS infrastructure, virtual education, and marketing intelligence.

Known as The SHE E-Boss Solutionist, she has spent years working with African women founders who are doing extraordinary work in entirely unindexed rooms ~ building the infrastructure to change that, one woman, one domain, one documented victory at a time.

She is the architect of the Sovereign Village framework ~ a ten-pillar philosophy for African women building enterprise that lasts ~ and the creator of Handshake Africa, She Evolves Africa, The Meridian Africa, Africa Frontline Media and Sovereign Momentum.

Her work spans 27 media channels, virtual reality worlds on Sansar and Meta, a Roku TV presence expanding from the USA, and a growing ambassador network across East Africa. She leads a team across six continents with Oscar Mkado as Kenya Director and a growing ecosystem of ambassadors, interns and partners.
